We hold consigned items for 120 days.

When an item is sold the consignor will receive 60% of the actual selling price of any item sold.

After 30 days your item will be discounted by 15%

After 60 days your item will be discounted by 20%

After 90 days your item will be discounted by 30%

If any of your articles have not sold within 120 days and you want them back you should pick them up at the end of the 120-day period.

It is your responsibility to find your item and bring it to the front desk to be returned to you.

After 120 days, The Red Collection reserves the right to dispose of unsold items with no further notice or payment to the consignor.

Once your item sells, your payout will be processed the month following the sale on the 10th. You can pick up your check at our Holden location or request it to be mailed to you for a $3 fee each month.

Accessories: Glass, China, Decorative Plates, Tins, and Dishware

Furniture: Tv Cabinets, Armoires, China Cabinets, and Student Desks

We pick up furniture ranging from a single piece to an entire home. Pickup fees vary based on the number of floors and distance. Local pickups only.

During your 120-day consignment period, you may retrieve your items anytime during our regular opening hours. If items are not collected by day 120, The Red Collection reserves the right to dispose of unsold merchandise without further notice or compensation to the consignor.

You can call ahead to let us know that you're bringing furniture to one of our locations, and we'll review what we can accept. Or schedule a consultation—we'll visit your location to assess items, arrange a pickup, or you can bring them in yourself.
